•SHAMBHALA Boats could cruise with 8 guests only on a package trips, but of course we have the right to put others on the boat. Please ask us for details of trips on which we have individuals or small groups booked that you might be able to join.

•One Stop Service: If your international       flightsrequire domestic connections or stop overnight at Yangon, Kawthaung, Ranong, Bangkok, Kho Lak or Phuket, we will be pleased to arrange both domestic flight connections and hotel reservations for you at no extra charge. •PAYMENT POLICY
To confirm your reservation Shambhala Tours requires a 20% deposit or full payment. Reservations made without deposits will be considered as tentative reservations only.
50% of full payment must be paid 60 days before departure date.
The outstanding balances must be paid in full at least 15 days before departure. When bookings are made within 15 day prior to departure, full payment must be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation of bookings must be made in writing and will be subject to the following deposit refund penalties:

• 89 - 60 days prior to departure - deposit refund less 20% penalty

• 59 - 30 days prior to departure - deposit refund less 40% penalty

• 29 - 15 days prior to departure - deposit refund less 50% penalty

• 14 - 0 days prior to departure - deposit refund less 100% penalty

•IMPORTANT NOTICE
In order to process your trip we need to receive the following no later than 5 days before the departure date.

• A clear copy of the photo page of each passenger's passport.

• 6 x passport sized photographs.

• Full payment of outstanding balances.

• Plus US$ 20 for Myanmar Visa Fees

•Destinations  for Snorkeling, Sport Fishing Safaris and Sea Kayaking Safaris are Salone Is (Sea Gypsy Is/Moken Is), Myaunk Ni Is (Red Monkey Is), St Matthews & St Lukes Islands, Horse Shoe Island, Great Swintons Island (Philar Is), Lampi Is and Wa Ale Is of Myeik (Mergui) Archipelago of Myanmar. Most of theseIslands and beaches are Privately Owned Properties and Exclusively Operated by Shambhala Tours.
